I just completed a 3 day cleanse. I have always wanted to try it but was scared because over 1/2 the food you eat are VEGGIES :-( I am NOT a fan of veggies.
I finally had a motive to try this cleanse. I gained 12 of my 40 pounds I had lost last year in one month. YES, you read correctly...I gained twelve (12) pounds in one month! With the craziness of the end of the school year, my birthday, camping, laziness... my nutrition was INCONSISTENT!!!

I look forward to my workout...it's the FOOD! I'd do well for a few days then binge eat...then get back on track and then binge again...if it was in my pantry, it was fair game on binge days. I NEEDED THIS 3 DAY CLEANSE to get me back on track and set my mind and priorities straight!

- Were all the veggies as bad as I thought? HECK NO...I decided to eat the same thing all 3 days because they were foods I KNEW I'd like. There are a handful of fruits, veggies and healthy fats to choose from...switch it up if you get bored.

- Choose 3 days that you do not have any events planned that involve food (no weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.)

I also asked my husband to take care of our boys' meals for the 3 days so I would not be tempted to eat their food.
