Our nutrition will have a far greater impact on your body composition than any other fitness component.  Some of you may not want to hear this, however you are wasting your time in the gym or with your home workouts if you do not clean up your nutrition.  You cannot "work off" last nights junk meal by doing extra cardio the next day.  It just does not work that way.
