I have to come clean...this was actually week 2 for me on my new workout program called 22 Minute Hard Corps.  I "unofficially" started it on March 28th because I was anxious to see what it was like AND I also wanted to be prepared for my online fitness challenge group that started on April 4th.  



I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!  Seriously...It's tough and even the modifiers I am doing are helping me make progress in my fitness journey.  22 Minute Hard Corps is a boot-camp style workout program that incorporates cardio, resistance and core training for 8 weeks!   It incorporates the same nutrition program as the 21 Day Fix.   



This program counts its reps using a cadence and I find that I concentrate on that more than I do the exercises...probably because I am not coordinated enough to count this way! ;-)  By the end of this program, I'm determined to learn how to count like them!

I cannot wait to see what 8 weeks of this program will do for me...I can already see changes in my legs and arms.   #22MinuteHardCorps #GetSome
