I started my health & wellness journey three years ago.   I started with simple nutrition and exercise.  I was tired of trying quick fix after quick fix.   Although these quick fixes worked (temporarily) the weight would come right back and bring a few friends with it...

I found that proper nutrition and exercise (although NOT a quick fix) was definitely the right way to go in living a healthier life.  I have lost 46 pounds and have been able to keep the weight off but found over the past year, as I was toning and shaping my body through exercise, the scale would not budge!   I started to think that due to my age, hormones and the simple stresses of life, 46 pounds would be the limit for me to lose...

That is all changing with the nutrition plan that I was recently introduced to...this plan is giving me so much FREEDOM over my foods.  It is teaching me which foods react well with my body and which foods I should stay away from and I am FINALLY seeing the scale move once again.

This plan is also helping me with stress eating, emotional eating, overeating, late night raiding of the pantry....it is basically helping me with all the eating issues I have tried to overcome on my own over all these years!

The nutrition plan is video based and developed by a registered dietitian out of UCLA.  It has not only helped her lose to 100 pounds but has been tested on hundreds as well with great success!

Some of the concepts of this program are so simple, they will leave you asking WHY YOU DIDN'T THINK OF THEM!

The creator of this program has also created an amazing recipe called WONDER WHIPS.   I'm going to start calling them the 8th Wonder of the World.  These treats not only satisfy your urge for something sweet but are filling, too!!!   They are high in protein and when adding the cereal, high in fiber as well.   I suggest playing with the ingredients and amounts until you find what satisfies YOUR sweet tooth!!! Feel free to share this recipe with friends and message me if you try this treat and let me know what you think!

*My favorite for almond joy is to eliminate the stevia and use my superfoods instead of the cocoa.  Cocoa can sometimes leave a bitter taste.
**Another tip, if you are not a fan of greek yogurt, the 2% yogurt is less tart than 0%.
