INGREDIENTS:
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Egg Whites
Spinach
Cheese
Sautéed Onions 
Sautéed Peppers
Salt & Pepper



Scramble your egg whites, grill your veggies.
Lay parchment paper out (cut into big enough size to wrap one burrito).
Lay tortilla on parchment paper.
Spoon scrambled egg, grilled veggies and cheese onto tortilla and wrap tortilla into a burrito.
Wrap burrito in parchment paper.

Place all wrapped burritos in gallon ziploc bag and seal (airtight), place in freezer.
When ready to eat heat one burrito in microwave for 2 minutes.
