Healthy Southwest Taco Salad Bowl
Bowls are one of my favorite things to make. You can customize them for anyone in the family and add just about anything to them!
Baked or Grilled Chicken strips with Southwest Seasoning***
Lettuce, spinach, spring mix, romaine (use your favorite)
Shredded Cheese
Black Beans
Corn
Avocados (sliced)
Tomatoes
Tortilla Strips
Brown Rice
Add salad to your bowl.
Arrange black beans, corn, avocados, tomatoes, tortilla strips, brown rice on top.
If you are following portion control meals, measure your black beans, corn & rice accordingly using your yellow container. Also measure your cheese using your blue container and chicken using your red container.
BOWLS: You can make them whatever you want depending on what you have on hand in your kitchen at the time.
