Veggie Stir-Fry
(recipe from 3 Day Refresh)
Makes 1 Serving
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 clove garlic (I used a whole clove)
1/2 c. green beans
1/2 c. sliced fresh carrots
1/2 c. sliced fresh red bell pepper
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 tbs. organic vegetable broth
1. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat; add garlic and ginger
2. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant
3. Add green beans, carrot, bell pepper, salt and broth
4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp
*You can use any veggies with this recipe - choose some that you enjoy :-)
**Add a grilled chicken and rice and you have yourself a delicious, healthy meal!
