Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
For the breading:
1 cup almond meal
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
½ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 large egg
1 lb. chicken cutlets – cut 1½ inch pieces
2 Tablespoons Gee (clarified butter) – for frying
Coconut oil – for baking

Preparation:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg for the egg wash.
Dip the chicken 1½ inch pieces in the egg wash, then in the breading mix. Make sure to coat thoroughly.
If you are baking the chicken nuggets, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large klonopin healthcarewell cooking sheet with a light spray of coconut oil and then place the breaded nuggets on the pan. Bake for 25 minutes turning them every 5-7 minutes. Before eating, check there is no pink in the center of the chicken!
If you are frying the chicken nuggets, heat 2 Tablespoons of Gee in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the breaded nuggets and flip every 3-4 minutes until cooked all the way through. About 12-15 minutes (total). Discard the Gee left in the pan.
