Baked Corn Tortilla Chips
INGREDIENTS
2 tortillas = 1 yellow
- 15 corn tortillas, cut into wedges
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- Total Time: 20 min.
- Prep Time: 5 min.
- Cooking Time: 15 min.
- Yield: 10 servings
- Heat oven to 375° F.
- Lightly coat both sides of tortillas with spray. Arrange in a single layer on two baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crisp.
- Sprinkle with salt.
2 tortillas = 1 yellow
These are great! The butter spray is good! I have also put coconut oil on them before - not sure if that is just as healthy or not though.

Carla, Coconut oil is PERFECT! I use coconut oil and olive oil...these are both great choices!!!
