Baked Corn Tortilla Chips


INGREDIENTS


  • 15 corn tortillas, cut into wedges
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Total Time: 20 min.
  2. Prep Time: 5 min.
  3. Cooking Time: 15 min.
  4. Yield: 10 servings
  5. Heat oven to 375° F.
  6. Lightly coat both sides of tortillas with spray. Arrange in a single layer on two baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crisp.
  7. Sprinkle with salt.
Notes:
2 tortillas = 1 yellow

  1. These are great! The butter spray is good! I have also put coconut oil on them before - not sure if that is just as healthy or not though.

    1. Carla, Coconut oil is PERFECT! I use coconut oil and olive oil...these are both great choices!!!
